Office Space Rules

Key Holders Hours: 6:00 am to 11:00 pm

Office Hours:

Wed: 9 – 4:30pm
Thurs: 9 – 4:30pm

  • Please do not let your work interfere with other’s use of the office.
  • Desks are available on a first come-first served basis.
  • The conference rooms should be booked online to assure availability.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Music is OK, but please use headphones.
  • Please be considerate of others that use the area after you – clean up after yourself and wash any dishes that you use.
  • When leaving the office, if there are no other occupants, please lock the door and turn the lights off.
  • If you see that supplies are low, please don’t hesitate to replenish it.  (e.g. paper towels, cleansers, and so on.)
  • If there is a problem in the GI office, please let the Facility Manager know or call a Board Member.
  • Office can not be used for events for which there is a charge without Board approval.
